CHIPMAN, C.

Action for permanent alimony, and that it be declared a lien on certain real property conveyed by defendant Greer to defendant Catherine Belshaw, and that said deed be declared void; also, that said land be adjudged the property of defendant Greer.

Defendants had judgment, from which plaintiff appeals on the judgment-roll.
