This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the District of Maryland, denying Appellant’s “Motion to Vacate Sentence” under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255. Appellant was indicted in the District Court on four counts of bank robbery under 18 U.S.C.A. § 2113. He was represented at the trial by court appointed counsel who was experienced in the field of criminal practice.
