OPINION

FIRESTONE, Judge.

The petitioner, Richard Piscopo (“petitioner”), has moved to review the entitlement decision of Special Master John F. Edwards denying him compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-10 — 300aa-34 (‘Vaccine Act” or “Act”), and directing that judgment be entered dismissing his petition.
