This case is before the court on a motion to review (“Pet’r’s Mot.”) then Chief Special Master (“CSM”) Campbell-Smith’s decision to dismiss petitioner’s claim for compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (the “Vaccine Program” or “Vaccine Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-l to -34, which provides compensation to individuals who can establish, by a preponderance of the evidence, that they have suffered “a vaccine-related injury.” §…
