Roberto Colón Padilla and Ana María Roméu de Colón filed in the Superior Court, Bayamón Part, a complaint entitled “Modification of Restrictions” against San Patricio Corporation, the Registrar of Property of Bayamón, and others. They alleged, briefly, that on December 14, 1942, they acquired by purchase from H. L.
