This was a suit by the appellee Elizabeth Wilcox against the appellants, as the heirs at law and the administrator of the estate of Ann C. Allen, deceased, for the enforcement of a vendor’s lien against certain real estate in Madison county. The cause was put at issue and tried by the court, and a finding was made for the appellee in the sum of $1,580.67, and for the enforcement of her vendor’s lien on and against the real estate described in her complaint, to pay and satisfy the said sum of money and the costs of suit.
