Defendants-appellants Union State Bank (Bank) and Pioneer National Title Insurance Company (Pioneer) appeal from a judgment on the peladings rendered in favor of plaintiff-appellee Melvin L. Williams, executor of the estate of Carrie M. Williams (Carrie), deceased.
