Matson, Justice.

Appeal in unlawful detainer proceedings from a Minneapolis municipal court judgment granting plaintiff immediate restitution and possession of certain premises. Plaintiff moves to dismiss the appeal.

The property, a home and lot in Minneapolis, was originally owned by William S. Hansen, who died in 1932. Decedent was survived by his widow, Gena Hansen, and two daughters, defendants Adelyn E.
