Affirming.

A score or more years before tbe commencement of this action, James B. Wilder, after having made Ms last will and testament, passed to tbe great beyond. He was tbe owner of several different parcels of real property in tbe city of Louisville, one of wbicb is located on tbe southeast corner of Fifth and Main streets, and is tbe subject of this litigation.
