Plaintiff Valley Stream Foreign Cars, Inc. d/b/a South Shore Honda (“plaintiff’ or “South Shore Honda”) brings this action against defendant American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (“defendant” or “American Honda”) alleging breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and violation of the New York Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealer Act.
