HERRMANN, Justice:

In this workmen’s compensation case, the Superior Court reversed the award of death benefits by the Industrial Accident Board. The deceased employee’s beneficiary appeals.

The employee, age 18, attended a Christmas office party given by the employer for its employees on the afternoon of December 24. The employer furnished food and drink, including intoxicating liquor as well as “soft” drinks.
