This case involves an action brought by 12 convenience store operators against Atlantic-Richfield Company (ARCO) for alleged violations of Washington's Franchise Investment Protection Act (FIPA), RCW 19.100. Appellants challenge a series of pretrial rulings which resulted in the entry of a final judgment in favor of ARCO.
