I.INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Defendants Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority and Steven Randles’ (collectively, “ZMHA”) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 22). Pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(c), ZMHA moves to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint (Doc. 17), on the grounds that it fails to state a claim, it is barred by the doctrine of res judicata, and is barred by the statute of limitations.
