THIS CASE came before the Court on June 6, 1988, upon the Debtors’ Motion for Order Determining Secured Status of Creditor, Flagler Federal Savings and Loan Association, and the Court, having examined the evidence presented, considered the arguments of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, does hereby make the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law:
