The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned on the 15th day of September, 1988, on a motion by plaintiff (“NWNL”) for summary judgment in its favor. Christopher Elliott and Gordon Gendler appeared on behalf of defendant, debtor; John Thomas and Mary Sen-kus appeared on behalf of plaintiff, NWNL.
