This is an appeal from a judgment of the sixth judicial district of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Park. This appeal consolidates appeals of twelve other similar cases upon the same pleadings, facts and issues. The consolidation of the appeals has been stipulated and by the stipulation, the judgment made, rendered and entered in the case of Halsey J. Blair, Plaintiff v. Fred W.
