MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JOHN GLEESON, District Judge.
Anthony Infantolino sues the Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry and Thomas Bush (collectively “JIB”), al leging unlawful retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 1 and its New York State and New York City analogues. The defendants have moved for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, the motion is granted in part and denied in part.
