On December 1, 1986, Roderick D. Reed (debtor-in-possession) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On December 11, 1986, an order was entered authorizing the employment of the law firm of Wright, Lindsey & Jennings as attorney for the debtor-in-possession.
