In the information it is charged that defendant robbed Conrad C. Oferman on November 15, 1939; that he robbed Mary Walston on November 18, 1939; and that he robbed Alexander Afonin on December 8, 1939. In addition to the three charges of robbery the information contains a number of other counts making a total of thirteen. In the first four counts defendant is charged with the commission of several offenses connected in their commission with the main charge of robbery of Oferman, these offenses being kidnapping for the purpose of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to commit…
