A judgment was entered bjr default, in the Supreme Court, for the sum of $4,428.51 and costs, in favor of the plaintiffs below against appellant, defendant below, in an action brought by the former against the latter to recover the amount alleged to be due on a judgment obtained by the plaintiffs against the defendant in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
