Plaintiff, Laurence J. Terrazas, appeals from the district court’s judgment, Terrazas v. Muskie, 494 F.Supp. 1017 (N.D.Ill.1980), that, pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1481, plaintiff has relinquished his United States citizenship. The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court properly found that plain tiff specifically intended to relinquish his United States citizenship.
