HARDY, Judge.
This suit was instituted by plaintiff, Martin S. Sanders, Jr., against the Twenty-Eighth Judicial District Democratic Executive Committee, praying for judgment recognizing him as a qualified candidate for nomination for the office of District Attorney in and for the Twenty-Eighth Judicial District of Louisiana, ordering the defendant to place his name on the ballot of the Democratic Primary, and for other appropriate relief.
