A license was issued to the plaintiff by -the defendant board to engage in the business of real estate broker and agent in the city of New Orleans, but was recalled and revoked by the said board for the reason that the plaintiff had made a false answer to one of the questions propounded to him by the said board in its inquiry into the fitness and qualifications of the applicant for the license.

The object of this suit is to annul the action of the board and to have plaintiff’s license reissued or reinstated.

It is charged in the petition that the action of the board in rescinding the license…
