Kenneth and Elihu Heath operated a public bathing beach and trailer camp, as tenants of the Roland Denny estate, on the west shore of Lake Washington at the southeast corner of the Sand Point naval air station in Seattle. The Heaths vacated that property when it was acquired in August, 1938, for naval air station purposes by the United States government.
