Don Lockhart brought suit in the District Court of Albany County, Wyoming, against E. E. Cameron and George Poulos, claiming damages growing out of an automobile collision. According to the amended petition, Lockhart, Cameron, and Poulos were all driving in the same direction on the highway when Cameron negligently drove into the rear of Lockhart’s car and Poulos then drove into the rear of Cameron’s car, causing it to again collide with plaintiff’s automobile with the resultant damage.
