RICHARDSON, Chief Judge.
Appellee, plaintiff below, claimed dain-ages for breach of warranty. A verdict was rendered in her favor, judgment was entered, and the defendant has appealed. The parties will be designated as in the trial court.
Defendant was in the business of selling furnishings and equipment, chiefly to hotels, apartment buildings, and institutions. He dealt directly with manufacturers and was able to sell at lower than store prices.
