This adversary proceeding, commenced by the Debtor, McLean Industries, Inc. (“McLean” or “Debtor”), seeks a judgment of specific performance compelling Medical Laboratory Automation, Inc. (“MLA”) to issue shares of stock pursuant to an option held by McLean.
