This is an attorney discipline case. Ap-pellee, the Commission for Lawyer Discipline (the “Commission”), initiated a disciplinary action against appellant, Zerrie L. Hines, and the case was tried in the 127th District Court of Harris County. The trial court: (1) found that appellant had violated Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct 1.03(a), 1 1.03(b), 2 and 1.15(d), 3 (2) ordered that he be given a public reprimand, and (3) ordered him to pay $1,000 in attorney’s fees.
