PRENDERGAST, Presiding Judge.

Appellant was convicted of selling intoxicating liquor where prohibition was not in force, without obtaining a license.

Phil Gibson testified that he had a barbecue stand near the corner of Thirteenth and Monroe Streets in the City of Fort Worth, and had lived in Fort Worth twenty years. That appellant lived with his son, Felix Winterman, just across the street from his barbecue stand.
