MEMORANDUM OPINION

Granting the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss without Prejudice Pursuant to the Doctrine of Primary Jurisdiction

URBINA, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This purported class action is before the court upon the defendant’s motion to dis miss pursuant to the doctrine of primary-jurisdiction, among other grounds. For the reasons which follow, the court will grant the motion and dismiss the amended complaint without prejudice.
