The proceedings that led to this appeal have involved three .issues. In federal court, plaintiff Barbara Habich alleged that in one incident, the City of Dearborn had violated her right to the equal protection of the laws by refusing to sell a piece of property to her in the same manner that it had handled previous sales to her neighbors.
