MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD J. LEON, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on its initial review of the plaintiffs pro se complaint. For the reasons discussed below, the complaint will be dismissed in part, leaving only plaintiffs constitutional and common law claims against five deputy United States Marshals.

I. BACKGROUND

Plaintiff has brought this action against the individuals and corporate entities allegedly responsible for and the injuries resulting from her eviction from her apartment in April 2012.
