The Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 72 of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada (“the Union”) brought this action against John Payne Co., Inc. (“the Company”) under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 185.
