Lashon Marcay Pritchett was charged with statutory rape, forcible sodomy, and aggravated sexual battery in violation of Code §§ 18.2-61(A), 18.2-67.1(A), and 18.2-67.3. These charges carried possible multiple life terms plus twenty years. Pritchett reached a plea agreement with the Commonwealth pursuant to Rule 3A:8(c)(l)(B). In exchange for his guilty pleas, the prosecution agreed to recommend an eight-year sentence.
