These two cases were for convenience submitted on the printed briefs together, and will be so considered and de cided by us. The defendant Pure Oil Company of the Carolinas is a North Carolina corporation, but has offices and agents in Richland County, in this State, and transacts its corporate business in that county and also in Sumter County.
