OPINION OF THE COURT
WEBER, Judge:
A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone convicted the appellant, pursuant to his pleas, of dereliction of duty, conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman, and three specifications for obstructing justice and fraternization, in violation of Articles 92, 133, and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 933, and 934.
