Plaintiffs-Appellants Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi and Puerto Rico Teachers’ Retirement System (collectively, “PERSM” or “Plaintiffs”) *317are the Lead Plaintiffs and, on behalf of the Class, filed suit under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) against Defendants-Appellees Amedisys, Inc.
