DONALD RUSSELL, District Judge.
Following denial of its motion for a directed verdict and a jury verdict *322in plaintiffs’ favor, the defendant has renewed its motion by way of motion for judgment n. o. v. In considering such motion for judgment in accordance with the defendant’s prior motion for direction of verdict, all issues of fact, as well as inferences therefrom, are to be viewed in a light most favorable to the position of the plaintiffs. Fortunately, for purposes of this motion, there is no real dispute of fact involved.
