THE COURT.

These appeals are from judgments in favor of the plaintiffs entered upon verdicts in the consolidated cases for the sums respectively specified therein. The actions arose out of injuriés sustained by Rudolph Damgaard, a minor, through an explosion of chemicals which occurred during an experiment conducted in the chemistry department of the defendant High School District before a chemistry class in which said minor was a pupil.
