MEMORANDUM OPINION
RICHARD N. DeGUNTHER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”), filed by the Debtor-Defendant, Nancy S. Marchiando (“Debtor”). The Motion targets a Complaint to Determine Discharge-ability of a Debt and for Judgment (“Complaint”), filed by the State of Illinois, Department of Lottery (“Department”).
This Memorandum Opinion shall represent findings of fact and conclusions of law, pursuant to Rule 7052 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
