Lucille Williams appeals the circuit court’s judgment dismissing her petition against Southern Union Company d/b/a Missouri Gas Energy (MGE) and Jeffery Harris, an employee of MGE, for malicious prosecution, outrageous conduct — fraud, and intentional wrongful interference with utility service.
