This is a garnishment proceeding in aid of an execution based on a judgment for damages in favor of William M. Rainwater, respondent here, and against defendant Paul Wallace. There was a verdict and judgment in the garnishment proceedings in favor of plaintiff and against the garnishee in the sum of $1484.65, which included interest on the judgment and costs, and the garnishee appealed to the Kansas City Court of Appeals.
