This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Harris County, Texas, sustaining the defendant’s plea of privilege and ordering this suit transferred to El Paso County, Texas.
The plaintiff, Cranbrook Corporation, a Texas corporation, with its office and principal place of business in Houston, Harris County, Texas, brought suit against Larry Wright, the defendant, a resident of El Paso, Texas.
