Before the Court is Beme Corporation’s (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Beme”) Motion for Summary Judgment on Counterclaim. The Defendant Government of the Virgin Islands’ (“GVI”) opposed Plaintiff’s motion and filed a Cross Motion for Summary Judgment to which Plaintiff filed an opposition.
