At issue is whether the Superior Court abused its discretion in awarding judgments of restitution in the amount of $5,000 each to the Derrick and Jennifer Callwood (the “Callwoods”) and to Miguel Perez (“Perez”) and Cassandra Vincent (“Vincent”) (collectively, the “Appellees”), in connection with their respective small claims cases against Elizabeth Cruse (“Cruse”).9
