CRAWFORD, Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by members of violation of a lawful order and involuntary manslaughter, in violation of Articles 92 and 119, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 892 and 919, respectively. Appellant was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, 1 year’s confinement, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority reduced the findings of guilty under Article 119 to negligent homicide, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ, 10 USC § 934, and approved the sentence after mitigating the…
