MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DE MENT, District Judge.
Before the court is a Motion For A Temporary Restraining Order And Preliminary Injunction (“Motion”) filed by Plaintiff Unisource Worldwide, Inc. (“Plaintiff’) on August 14, 2001. 1 Defendants in this action are South Central Alabama Supply, LLC (“SCAS”), Trevor Oswalt, Larry Os-walt, Felicia Oswalt, and Larry Mynott (collectively, “Defendants”).
