Plaintiff Jeffrey Harig (“Plaintiff’), a Maryland resident, brought this action in the Circuit Court for Frederick County, Maryland, asserting a single count for breach of contract against Defendant Progress Rail Services Corporation *545(“Progress Rail” or “Defendant”), an Alabama corporation with its principal place of business located in Albertville, Alabama.
