This workmen’s compensation case was instituted by Mrs. Kirkpatrick against her employer, Winston Furniture.

After an ore tenus trial the circuit court made a finding of fact in its final judgment. It was determined that the employee’s average weekly wage at the date of the injury was $210, and that she sustained a permanent partial disability to her body as a whole to the extent of twenty percent and a permanent partial loss of ability to earn of twenty percent.
