I. INTRODUCTION

In this copyright infringement case, plaintiff Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation (“Gulfstream”) brings an action against defendant Camp Systems International, Inc. (“Camp”) related to Camp’s use of the maintenance manuals written by Gulfstream for use with Gulfstream aircraft. 405CV039 doc. # 1. 1 In its complaint, Gulfstream brings claims for copyright and trademark infringement, seeking damages and an injunction against Camp’s future use of the manuals.
